Tom picked up the award for his incredible 9 for 18 from 10 overs against Ellesmere CC 1st XI on Saturday 29th of June - Full Scorecard
Tom's performance has put the Mid Welsh side into 3rd place, only 11 points off 1st placed Bomere Heath CC 1st XI.
Lee Pickford, SCCL Awards Chairman said "Tom was the winner, however, there were some amazing performances throughout the month, however, to get 9 wickets is so rare meaning that we felt his performance deserved the award"
Other nominations were
- Ash Postance of Broseley CC 1st XI in SCCL Division 2, who carried his bat against Column CC 1st XI to score 172*
- Michael Woodhouse of Albrighton 2nd XI in SCCL Division 7, who scored an impressive 161* making up more tha half the runs of his team
